Following on from my 80s style post a few months back, here are a few more beauties from the mid to late 1980s. All taken at Mini Owners Club shows. Enjoy, and there's plenty more where these came from, literally 100s of them









I remember that this Mayfair was actually brand new, bang went his warranty







Both these minis are fitted with the KAT bodykit, quite a thing back in the day

Truly awesome! Thanks so much for sharing these. It's intriguing the way some of the body kits/mods stay around, while others have not been seen since - probably for the best with a lot of them. Rear window louvres still look pretty damn cool imho, and interesting to see not only the minis but also lots of the cars in the background - brings back my childhood!

I think it's a shame when we see photos of Mini's that are obviously well cared for and taken to shows etc... and then find they are no longer on the road, makes you wonder what happened to them all
