My mini is going to the body shop this week and i cant make up my mind on what colour to choose. The first choice is mg trophy blue with a white roof and my second choice is some kind of a gun metal grey with a black roof. Could people give me their opinion to help me make up my mind.Cheers.

I love the trophy blue my brothers MG is trophy blue and parked next to the gun metal grey it definitely stands out more but then again it's down to personal preference

Ya i was thinking the grey off the new mini as well.Its a nice balance between being too light and too dark.

i had a tvr in trophy blue aswell. it did polish up lovely

Not going to be a lot of help but.....I've owned two MG ZR's.
A Mk I in trophy blue and a MkII in x-power grey!!!!

Both are superb colours but the XPG with a black roof gets my vote!!!

How about trophy blue body with gun metal grey roof. We have gone Tartan red with Gun metal grey roof

I`m in the same situation at the moment. Mine was steel grey metallic but I`m going for yukon grey I think with a black roof, the only problem I`ve got it is looking at pictures on here and no car seems to be the same shade. I know there is two types but apparently the pictures I`m looking at are all of the later type.

That blue does look really nice, tough decision.

How about a different grey than the normal gunmetal that everyone goes for?

Nordic Blue has the best of both, on bright summer days its Blue, on cloudy days its grey
