It is with a very heavy heart that I need to sell my Mini Clubman Estate. I've owned it for two years and had loads of fun with it, however a new longer work commute means it needs to be replaced. To be honest I don't want to drive it into the ground driving 30+ miles each way to Birmingham and really can't afford to keep it along with a more practical diesel.

The last owner restored it himself and had the engine rebuilt in 2007. It now has an MG Metro bored to 1380 with a Hif44 carb. It still has the Weber box in the dash where one was fitted by the last owner.

Just had a new steering rack for the MOT along with the wiring loom removed, repaired and replaced.

Has Cobra "recaro" style seats at the front and I've had rear seatbelts put in too.

New genuine Rover swivel joints top and bottom at the front.
New Metro vented, grooved discs and refurbed four pot calpiers at the front.

New wheel cylinders at the rear along with pipes and shoes.

Three core performance rad in last year.

Clutch and brake master cylinders have been replaced with brand new ones, and a new clutch slave cylinder too.
Kenwood CD player with an iPod/iPhone lead, sadly this isn't working properly there is power to it and it charges iPhone but won't power up.

New Playmini stainless system and a Sportex LCB manifold. Sounds throaty but not horrendously loud.

Just been MOT'd last month and most of the things were little bits, i.e. brake pipe needed clipping in, brake pipe twisted, no washer's at the front etc.

I have a receipt from Mini Mine for £475 for work that has been done!!

About 10 months MOT and tax till Jan-ish
Solid car that needs a bit of tidying and TLC.
Bad bits

The bonnet needs replacing due to rust on each corner, I will throw another one in that has no rust but needs painting to match.

Rear doors need repairing some quite bad rust at the bottom, will post a picture as soon as I have a minute. Again I have a nearside rear door that seems in good condition (tough I've not stripped the paint off to check), but will need repainting to match the car.

Alloys have some surface corrosion and would benefit from a refurb tyres, Yoko's, have some tread all are legal but not new.

Small rust bubble on the nearside wing near where it joins the scuttle.
Looking for £2350 ono
