The ones above are 12". You can get what ever size steels you like banded the hardest bit is just trying to find some 13 inch steels that fit a mini. I dont think they come up for sale much.

Are those 12's banded - Imp wheels are just like 12" versions of the 10" Mini Cooper reverse rims.
But for 13" steels that fit a Mini - look at Austin A30 wheels.
