Dont know how many saw last nights news on t v 07/02/06 That there will be a new way to get cheaper petrol. All you have to do is register for a card that you show at a petrol station and you get discounted petrol, NO CATCH. But i believe it is only going to be able to be used at one make of petrol ( SHELL ) or ( BP ) or ??

If I recall correctly, someone else posted this a little while ago! seems like a good idea but there has to be a catch somewhere!

The item on last nights news said that is only valid at one petrol company, But that has to be decided yet for the u k.
Even if you dont use it, Apply for it and see what happens.

Well I haven't seen anything from it yet, but Ben, the guy organising it, sends regualr emails whenever new news comes along, and I think I remember him saying that it should be ready for deployment in about 2-3 months.

If you go onto the web site it says that they have now had 100,000 members and the cards should be out in april or may, Lets see what happens, But if you have not registered yet do so as this will help with even more members.

just registered... i think anything that helps you to get cheaper fuel can't be a bad thing.
And if the only catch is only buying your fuel at one retailer, then happy days

We will have to see which retailer they pick.

think it was me that mentioned it a while back, yes he only has the go ahead from one retailer at the mo. But if enough people sign up to this and only use the one retailer then the others would be daft not to join.

One tip Ben came up with a while back to boost numbers, is make sure your partner (if you have one) is registered as well, with their permission of course.
