Hello and thank you for reading. I have an 96 Cooper SPI. No fob came with car, I am in process of restoring the car. Engine turns over, if I spray easy start into the carb it runs for a second, so ignition all there, there is no power to the fuel pump, no power at the killswitch . I bought a replacement relay pack (came from a working mini) still no power to fuel pump. I started unravelling the insulating tape and this is what am looking at. Is this someone's way to knock out the 5AS box behind the dash? (the red light does not illuminate on the dashboard)

Help please, if this is immobiliser sensitive then please can you contact me directly?
