Hello there.
I have a '1987 Austin Mini Mayfair'.

I've got a problem with my RIGHT indicator (only happens with the right on).

If i have the sidelights (same with headlights) on, my indicator STAYS perminatly ON. Or if i have my right indicator on, My sidelights flash too.

I've checked the earth that it feeds to in the engine bay, and have cleaned it up with copper grease too, This seemed to fix it. But again after a week or so, its started to do it again. I've cleaned the earth up for the second time now, and still nothing.

Where can another earth be on the car that will effect this?
1.) I've cleaned the earth up in the Engine Bay near the water bottle above the clutch housing.
2.) i've cleaned and checked the earth on the front right indicator.

Its not a my indicator stalk as if i disconnect the stalk, then if i put the sidelights on again, it still happens.

Its like my right indicator is linked to the lights. But i have no clue where, as i haven't messed with anything for about a year.

Cheers.

BUMP. =[

I can't find this earth that could be causing the problem or anything else that it could be. and it ONLY happens on the RIGHT indicator.
