I love my Tro, I wouldnt swap it for a Mini, especially one with a boot. How awe full.

Austin/MG good. Rover awefull
After welding up that blue rover100 pictured above, and inspecting my austin metro for rot, they have both rotten in identical places, there fore equally as awe full.
But austins use a-series engines

Honestly dude, you can get a 1.4 K-series for literally pennies, and still have more power than an A-series that's had lots of money spent on it...

I'm so with you, between me and John with the blue metro, we have accumulated thousands of miles over various sized K series engines, with 80% of the driving either at the nurburgring, castle combe other track events or drag racing. we have not suffered any HG failure during this time.

My friend Dan Cox built that from an 8v to that stunning car. It didnt sell in the end, lots of people have messed him about and hes keeping it now
