I have this problem, what size are you're wheels? mine are 13 by 7.
Basically you need to buy a quick steering rack (2.2 turns rather than 2.7) alot of money and effort to fit, by some special washers to stop the rack before it hits arch (which kad do) or do what i did which was take the wheels off, jacked the car up and picked up a mallet and reshaped them ( obv need to see where the wheel rubs and then proceed to wack)

Not correct. A quick rack turns the wheels the same amount, only you turn the steering wheel 2.2 turns instead of 2.7. And they are as simple/difficult as any other rack to fit.

What you need to stop 13" wheels hitting the inner arch is a Sportspack steering rack. Sportspack minis had 13" wheels as standard so they fitted a rack with limited travel. These however, are very expensive. KAD now make steering rack limiters you can buy direct from them for roughly £8, you fit these to your current rack. They basically limit the travel of the rack, thus performing the same job as the Sportspack rack.

this is a problem you need to sort
As if any part of the wheel/tyre rubs on the inner arches its an Mot Failure

Why not just replace them with a more suitable set of wheels instead of those huge things that the mini was never designed for?!

i would say make sure the orig. arch is fully ground out beofre u fit other arches, but looking at your clubby it doesnt seem to be the case.
With mine i need to grind the orig. arch back bcause some B@st-ard left the old on there, and its sharp and messing up my nice tyres lol...

Well i had a look and could see the W&P arches are screwed to the the small lips going round the arch.
But i thought i could attach the SPORT PACKs to the same lip
