looks like just a new grilloooooo, gutted mate, is there much damage?
but i have a mini shop up the road so ill get them to check it out
she was going to get back in her car and go
think she was away with the faires
thing was i could see her looking in her rear view mirrow
and had eye contact with her unbelievable
had my sister in law with me , prised her details out of her, if she doesn't pay up might be a good chance garage has cctv but it was in the que for the pumps not at the pumpsdid you have any witnesses? did you get her insurance details and did the garage have cctv??
but if it's just a grill she sais she'l pay cash

true ill pop over there first thingstill check about cctv! the camers cover the entire forcourt! get a copy just in case because i bet that if it comes to an insurance claim she'll claim you drove into the back of her! Unfortunatley all physical evidence points to that being the case!
cant see any more damage than the grill, running fine and no water anywhere
lucky i managed to get the car into reverse and nothing was behind me
she wasn't stopping

if it's just a grill ill ring her in the morning and hopefully she'l payoutunlucky, Report it to your insurance company as soon as you can and the police, just mention that she wishes to settle outside insurance. That way if she doesn't cough up you've covered all angles and ready to procede with the claim.
Karl
saves all the ringing round then.

Some people seem to forget that there may just possibly be someone behind them. I was approaching some traffic lights the other day, just about to turn left. As soon as the light flashed orange, the car in front slammed on the brakes It's lucky I'm such an ace driver B)

If you can get away with it, don't go through your insurance. You will pay for it for a long time !!!!!
Also, as mentioned earlier, if someone reverses into you, you'll have a hard time getting people to believe that they reversed into you.....if the front of your car hits the back of someone else's rear then the fault almost certainly will lay with you unless you can prove otherwise in no uncertain terms !!!
