I am nearly ready to turn the key on my newly rebuilt 1380 unit,i read that using a cheap mineral oil will be better for bedding in purposes.
So i bought some 20/50 mineral oil (4.55 litres) to be exact for £8.45 from Wilkos. Will this do the job for the first 300/500 miles?

WIlkos oil is good quality. It's Comma oil re-stickered as Wilko and Comma oil is made by Esso, I know this as I work for a Comma distributor.

I used it for in my mini all the time I had it. Kept buying it as I could get staff discount. Still use it in all my cars and they have all been fine.
