Dear Mini Forums, so call me slow, but Iv'e not been on here for ages. I have found that my images on both my project threads are no longer visible. This is due to the fact that I hosted them using Imagur and now, under the changes to the UK Gov Online Safety Law, Imagur is no longer available in the UK!!!

So months, if not years of work putting these threads together has been lost!!

After asking advice on FB, it turns out that if using a VPN, the images are visible again, so they are still hosted, just not available in the UK.

So I am after a some advice:

1. Can anyone recommend a VPN

2. Is there a method of exporting my entire project threads complete with images?

Many thanks

I downloaded Opera, I only use it to view Imgur and copy pictures back to my computer - but you should be able to see your project threads by logging on through that platform.

Google chrome has a few VPN extensions you can use, VeePN i think was the one I used when I needed it

And, this doesn't help for past stuff but.. going forwards IMGbb is still working for free and no issues with access (yet)

if you view your page via a VPN with the images showing at the bare minimum you should be able to save each page as HTML that should save it all for you, it's how you process and re-format it all later that will be the time consuming bit, I'm really not looking forward to having to do mine again if IMGbb messes up

There is a Chrome extension available that unblocks imgur through the duckduckgo proxy: https://chromewebsto...kifemick?pli=1. Hope this works. I can't test it as I'm outside of the UK.
