got some black unburnt petrol running out of the hole for plug 4, the plug itself has nothing on it at the firing end, but the thread is covered in black unburnt petrol where the washer is.
why??? lol

Petrol ?
Sounds more like oil to me - petrol tends to evaporate quite quickly when out in the open air.
"Running out of it" sounds quite alarming. Is there oil dripping down from the rocker cover gasket on to the plug ?

nope theres a black stain coming from the bottom of the plug hole not above it!

Clean it and swap the plugs around, but my guess is that plug wasnt tight.
