sorry, but to sprout something like that you must have been dropped on your head at birth.. do you mean to imply if a vehicle is fuel injected, it has a dumpvalve?

does that mean my diesel cement mixer has one?

OT: No matter how inaccurate you think something is, don't sink so low as to personally insult someone.

Yeah its not such a good idea for a Mini especially when the fuel tank is right above the exhaust! And with these exhausts that point upwards your gonna cook something! Ive seen flames from an RC40, even an 850 will make flames though good rev range, un burnt mixture passes through and explodes causing popping and threats etc. A few of guys i know have flamers - Dragon Breath etc.

Just a few pics :P

I love showing off Cruise Wirral cars! :w00t:

Ive got a video in my pic also:

A few links :w00t:

:w00t: Im with Bud on that. Looks absolutly sh :w00t: t. As for the exhaust system, its a pime example of chav tuning. Fit a couple of dust bins to the rear valance and every brainless 17 year old between Landsend and Jon o groats loves it.

If you want to see what REAL flames look like, then take a look at one of the best forms of motorsport today. Australian V8 Supercars.

I'm with OSB and bud.

I think the only reason people like the owner of that Scooby make flames come out the exhuast is so they can heat up there burgers in MaccyDs carpark!

(The neons must keep the fries warm)

Im with all the three above (J.B,OSB,Bud) that scooby looks laughable, Those Flames are just C**p! thats just like a flame you get froma a piece of wood burning.

The sort of flames i was after was the Holden V8 style like a quick pop with a flame, I just thought that takeing the pipe back into the exhaust manifold would act as a catalyst to the process (obviously I shouldnt attempt this :w00t: lol)

Anyway reading all the above this will happen anyway, just have to keep my foot down a bit more and run higher PSi maybe? :w00t:

It certainly isn't. Just because someone has the wrong idea about something is not an excuse to attack them like that. It's not even funny, grow up.

It's not the PC Board of the year, but there has to be a degree of responsibility from all members not to give possible offense to other members. Please consider this folks, when posting and that includes you Jammy!!

DING DING!!! Round two :D Calm down people. No need in taking a dig at someone for being mistaken. No offence 16v, but I bet there's a few people on the forum that could tell you a thing or two about engine tuning. We dont all know everything

I know one thing... flames out the pipe will scr*w it up well and truely..

Exhausts are not just tin boxes they have specifically designed baffles and fillings.. and all your going to do is BBQ your nice stainless RC-maniflow-playmini(spit)-boxter system... which will result in you screwing up your engine !

If it's a PECO then I'll let you burn it as that's all they should be used for anyway..

Now, toys back in pram and lets get back to fluffy bunny TMF land :D
