Just had the back end of mine replaced a couple of weeks ago.
Rear valance, lower half back panel and boot floor replaced and sprayed to match the colour, cost £350 plus parts.

if your going to keep owning a classic car it would be worth you trying a welding course at your local college

No more than £30. Panel was no more than 20 and a can of aresol primer is bout a tenner. Half a day in the garage welding one of easiest repairs to do in my experience

there easy to do so long as the panels you have to wled to are in good condition.

Just literally doing one, I'm charging them 100+vat to do it, that includes genuine rear valance, primer and paint, it's not much when you think about it, but I knew the only panel I'd have to replace was the valance, all the floor and closing panels are solid and original
