Selling this as I don't currently have a mini, and the next mini will be k series engined, and I need to raise funds for a mini. I ran this cam in a 1330, I used the car everyday, it's a great fun camshaft, but not for the faint hearted or ones that pootle around. I done about 3,000 miles with this cam, then removed it when I removed the engine due to gearbox failure, I was going to use it in the mini again, but it got wrote off before I had the chance.

Anyway, durations are 300 inlet, 312 exhaust, with a power range of 3500rpm to 8000rpm

After £60 posted, but as usual I'm open to sensible offers, I wont reply to stupid offers. Many thanks, Sam.

Usable condition, as I said, I would have happily used it again.

I'll get all the info off pipercams site, give me a mo.

No, as I was constantly changing things on it, but I know a guy with an mg midget with an almost identical spec engine to the one the cam was in, and that produced a little over 100bhp at the wheels, but he was restricted to standard hs2 carbs.

thats pretty impressive... i had a 276 in a basic spec 1380, made 105lb/ft 94 at the fly but it couldnt last the rev range.

have you got a topic with the spec etc on so i dont have to bore you with questions? :proud:

ive got this cam in a 1380 with a stage 3 head and twin carbs, provided the tappets are set correctly (19thou and im not kidding) and u have a decent dizzy it makes an amazing engine, mine did 88bhp at 6k rpms on twin carbs, now its got an ultralight flywheel and belt drive, and im aiming for 100bhp at 8k

You could easily see 100bhp with this cam if you know what your doing with the rest of the engine.
