Can anyone tell me what torque i should tighten the head nuts to?

40 lbft or 54 Nm

I'm presuming you know the tightning sequence..

Easiest way remember is start in the front middle and work your way outwards clockwise.

I wasn't sure off top of my head so I went off the torque settings in the sticky topic on here :)

Haynes does agree with R1

Torque wrench settings Nm lbf ft
Cylinder head nuts . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 68Nm 50Lbft
Rocker shaft pedestal nuts . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 32Nm 24Lbft
