i've managed to get the guys 'works' mobile number (could be his proper one, i dont know) tried ringing twice no answer. i've sent him a text saying if i dont get his details today then i'm gonna do my best to press charges.

lol funny update. after the text i just sent him, he called his mother and his mother called my mother. which is strange because hes in his late 20's early 30's whos clearly on his own insurance and got his mother to call up saying he was worried that i'd get the police involved. strange... but at least he knows whats going on and i am one step closer to settling this.

well i've got a courtesy car sorted for me. and an assessor is going to come check it out on monday, he'll write it off. but i'll get a quote to how much it costs to fix. so depending on how much i get off the insurance for the car. will depend whether i fix her up or buy a new car. but it all depends on how much it costs to fix.
