Belgium mad franks V8 mini

I've seen this mini in various styles over the years.
But does anyone know exactly what the spec of his engine is and what it is out of?

Some engine info here, click on left hand menus for English version, Dodge V8?

There was a V8 Van at Normanby Hall in 2010 called the beast.
