I am planning to turbo my mini pickup, nothing crazy, il aim for around 10 - 12 psi to keep power down and reliability up, will I be ok with the standard size fuel pipe as it's going to be hard to go bigger as it connects to the fuel sender with a screw in olive, also can I just run the return back into a T piece between the tank and pump. Thanks Ben

Most people run 8mm lines. You can just increase the size of the retune line to 8mm and run a 6mm feed. The important thing is just to make sure that the return line isn't restricting the flow back to the tank (or T piece) as it can cause the fuel pressure to rise.
T piece will be fine, many people have installed theirs that way with no issues.
