Try having a look at the eBay completed listings, that'll give you an idea of how much what goes for

Briefly for that sort of money you'd be looking at either a good condition 998 or a 1275 that needs a bit of work

That Mini started off as a City but has been cpmpletely restored, given a Cooper interior and exterior and a Stage 1 whilst keeping it at 998 so that the insurance stays low for our younger drivers, in this case my daughter so away off with ya! >
