Obviously it only works in the dark and I imagined the sunlight would enable it to glow at night, but obviously the sun doesn't just disappear like a light going out so its fluorescence is basically useless as it doesn't hold its light emanating powers for hours on end until its properly dark.
You should also note its also a solvent and will strip and paint or lacquer you spray it onto - which I found to my detriment on my roof rack when it started dissolving the white paint in front of my eyes.
Unless you're carrying a high powered light in your car and shine it for a few minutes on each wheel (or roof rack in my case), you'll not see any glow in the dark effect
