Hello everyone!
As the topic entitles, I am from Portugal. My name is Joao, and I've been reading TMF since some years ago, and it proved to be very helpful, mainly in the technical questions. Now, I feel free and motivated to join and put some questions of my own, and also try to answer and share some things with you all.
I do have a mini, a quite ordinary 1973 1000, that I puchased in a reasonable state in 2004, and ever since has been being well treated, to say the least. It has been fully restored in practical all aspects (from body to engine, brakes, suspension, and so on...) It is now very mechanically similar to a cooper 1000, and we even managed to go to Longbridge in 2009 to that year's IMM without any problem at all.
