Ordered some 1.5 degree bottom arms and adjustable tie rods from them on 13/1/12, £66 all in, just recieved them this afternoon, not the quickest but was in no hurry. Now to fit them in the cold garage !

I have never used Minisport, but if I were ordering from them, and didn't receive them within a few days I would be on the phone cancelling.

I would like to think that if you phoned an order to minisport and told them you needed the bits quick, they would send them faster?!?

Last week ordered a load of stuff, something like 40 to 50 different stock lines from Minispares. Paid 9.50 postage and got the box in less than 24 hours! Nothing missing. No hassle.

I phoned them multiple times, and they said they'd be sending in a couple of days etc etc, Although I have ordered a a few things from then since and it hasn't been too bad, but I do prefer minispares, much better communication and service IMO.

I've never used Minispares, should I? Minisport has always been okay, occasionally not the best delivery but I'm not usually in any rush.

Never had any problems with Mini Sport myself, and had just the one problem with Minispares.

Ordered an RC40 kit with fittings and the thread on a clamp wasn't cut at the start, so couldn't get the nut on. Just bought a clamp from the local Halfords as that was quicker and easier.

People are always quick to complain but not so quick to praise, so you always hear more bad than good about many businesses. Just the way It is.
