Just been looking around for some wheels and just wanted to know what afew terms mean, im probably being simple but hey, i'd better start some where.
what do these mean:

PCD
rim width with J after it ie. 5J ^j etc
And what is the technical term for the distance between the four holes.

Also could anyone tell me what are the widest rims you can fit on a clubman without modding the arches or using spacers

PCD is "the technical term for the distance between the four holes" - Pitch Circle Diameter.
the 'J' referes to the rim shape/style (the profile of the rim is 'J' shaped!)
