Hi, got a 1989 mini rose, was wondering if you can get a spring loaded gearbox put in? And how to do this and prices etc? Many thanks everyone

What do you mean? Do you want the gearstick biased so it springs back? You don't need a new gearbox. You can get a spring bias barrel for the gear shift from Mini Spares for not a lot of money and they only take a few minutes to fit.
