For my Twin carb HS2 setup there is a servo take off currently on the Mowog manifold.
Will this be a standard thread to fit a standard blanking bolt?
Thanks

Probably standard. The thread is likely to be 5/8 UNF. To me that is not a common size. However, a quick improvised plug would be an old electrical temperature sending unit with a sealing washer under the hex head... or PTFE tape on the threads. The sending unit thread size is the same. Ideally though, you want to minimize how far the plug sticks into the manifold. You do not want to restrict the air flow.
EDIT: Also see the thread linked below.

Mini Spares sell a set screw that will blank the vacuum take off in the inlet manifold.

DOn't think that link works, the title of the product is
PLUG 5/8UNF X 5/8 SCREW INLET MANIFOLD & CYL HEAD BY PASS
It says...
This plug fits our inlet manifolds and Rover types with servo take off holes (needs to be threadlocked in). Also is the plug for cylinder head by pass tube hole when blanking off.
But what about my Mowog cooper one?

That's the one I was thinking off, I'd be very surprised if they changed the size of the take off. You can always email Mini Spares and ask.
