the swiftune sw5-07 is a good cam, not too lairy but a lot better than the standard spi cam, which is a bit poor.

Another good cam is the kent 274i, or the SP274i.

Give them a search, go on the swiftune, kent and minispares websites.

I believe that camshaft is the standard SPi camshaft, the sw5-07 or kent 274i would be better, in my opinion

the MD274 has more inlet lift and a little more duration, has a chunk more duration on the exhaust too, over the SW5. The SW5 is a very good cam, and i'm not knocking it, it dows what it suggests, but if you want that bit more, and are willing to spend out on a really good cylinder head, the MD274 is quite surprising. I've seen 80hp+ just with the 274 cam and a decent head. The SW5 is not far behind

would these cams run ok with the standard ECU? or would it make me spend even more time in the garage fixing blown relays and things like that? because its my daily so still want reliability. :D

Nope they'll run perfectly fine with your standard ECU, assuming it is all in good working order
