Just got home to notice that the rev counter is not operating properly. The needle seems to move up the gauge very slowly and does not respond quickly to the change in rpm. I was thinking that this could be a wiring problem but when I switched the car off the gauge was still reading around 2000rpm and was not decreasing. It seems that the gauge is sticking. How can I fix this problem without replacing the clocks?
They are the standard 3 clock set in my '87 Mayfair, not aftermarket ones.
