My pal & I were talking on the way back from Bingley last week about ideas to correct the paint issue I have on my roof.

I ended up with this random idea of doing a carbon covering (much as I love Carbon Weezel's roof I can't justify the cost) but not sure if a black roof, albeit CF would look right.

Could someone have a go at putting a carbon roof on one of the attached please?

Not sure if the angles are right but if the pics are not good enough, let me know and I'll get a couple more








Any opinions more than welcome.

Much as I like the high gloss carbon look, I'm not certain now I see the black. I think the white suits the overall effect, or is it just what you get used to?

There is a train of thought that if I carbon wrap the roof & don't like it I can paint over it, but that's one expensive "tester pot".

Think I'll adopt my usual stance of "if in doubt, do nowt" until I become settled. Can't do anything until it warms up a bit anyways

I think a gloss black roof would look good to match your wheel arches.
