I have found with the in line fuse holders - especially the ones round the back of the carb - is that if a current is running though it long enough and a poor connection is present, then everything heats up and melts the plastic holder which in turn distorts and breaks the contact.
I have replaced the inline glass fuses with inline blade type holders.
The idea being, it is easier to see if the fuse has blown and , in theory, should be less problematic.

orange wire with purple trace, behind the carb/airfilter, may be tucked under the scuttlewhere abouts is that fuse pal ?
Blade fuses are different ratings to glass fuses, did you use the correct blade fuses?I have replaced the inline glass fuses with inline blade type holders.

Mine did the same thing.
It ended up being a inline fuse (behide air filter) had blown and melted the fuse holder had to replace the whole thing only a couple of quid and about 5 min job everything works fine now.
Hope you work it out :)

Try pressing the hazard switch on for about two flashes and then turn off and then try your indicators
