Wasn't sure whether this would be best in mini chat or here, but you have the colour thread here so just hoping hah!

Been having a look through the colour guide here on TMF and on mini-colours website however alot of swatches and images are missing as yet to get ahold of them.

I basically need help in regards to the blues I'm going to be using on my clubby estate! (A female asking for help with colours... I feel a little ashamed hehe!!)

As can see in my signature and on my profile page he was originally two tone with the wooden panel down the side, we are most likely going to be naughty and remove the paneling as it's past help plus I'm not too keen on it.

He is being based on Stitch (a la Lilo & Stitch) and so is going to be a two-tone still. Plus the interior will be designed accordingly to match the colours!

Our initial thoughts were surf blue was a strong possibility due to the characters tummy/eyes , however are having trouble sorting the second blue! Can be easily googled but here are some reference images and a quick photoshop I did to show what I'm after! The lower blue is the one I'm struggling to find an actual pain colour for.
If anyone has any clues on the colours or whatnot it would be greatly appreciated!!

I can't locate the colour in photoshop so I will apologise! But that surf blue is what we were originally looking at due it being a light fun blue, it's so beautiful! Plus spot on for Stitch original Disney colours.

It's more or less the bottom blue we're really struggling with? Trying to find a blue in line with Stitch and that is complimentarary (sp?) to the top blue. Hmph.

I am liking the look of ISLAND BLUE BU5 and HENLEY BLUE JPD as possibles for the lower blue. Not wanting to go too dark on the bottom half but am I being too hopeful?

Me too!! I was pretty much ready to go home after haha, I have an obsession! Plus Stitch spent about 5 minutes trying to tell their handler I looked like Tonks from Harry Potter (as I used to have platinum blonde/bright purple hair at the time!)

Though I feel the Disneyworld character is far too dark in colour, even compared to the original film version! Hence the reference images I posted in my first post up ^^^^ there

Definitely Surf blue on top & Henley on the bottom, that would look awesome.

I definitely have my heart set on surf blue now I've seen Stevede's!

Henley blue seems to be the only blue that I can find that isn't too dark or too light really, hoping it will look nice in contrast to the surf! Got to figure out what to do once removed the paneling on the sides, this is my next problem! How to make it sit well?

Biased? You? Never.. ;-)

I do actually like the colour combination in the first pic Brams posted, fairly suitable!
Not very keen on the last one, just seems odd to me!

Hoping PapaB will have some ideas re what to do when we've removed the panels..
