Hi there guys,

I use DropBox a lot for all my school and course work, and am coming near to my maximum quota of 2GB. For everyone I refer, I get 256MB extra space.

If you guys could sign up and download the DropBox application, I'd appreciate it! All you have to do is log in once, and if you dont like it, uninstall it!

Here is my referral link (you must use this one):

http://db.tt/yGm5jqTu

Thanks to all those that help me out on this one!

Ben.

Update your dropbox - connect your camera via cable and use the import to dropbox function....

Every 500mb of images you upload gives you 500MB of extra space, it knows if you delete and reupload files... but it probly won't know that your newly recorded HD video that weighs 4GB .... is a load of rubbish...

:) enjoy

Go to dropbox.com/edu while signed in to your dropbox account in the browser, paste in your uni email address even if it isn't a .edu then click the link in the email, this will give you 500mb for referrals, and max your referral space to 16gb instead of 8gb.

Use the link above with some free adwords from my webhost (used £16 worth of them, between 4-7pm seems the best time of day for it) = 16GB for referrals + 2GB for signing up orginally

Next get a 5+GB SD card / camera / portable hard drive and plug it in after installing the developer build of dropbox (http://forums.dropbo...396&replies=292). If on Windows use the autoplay feature to import 5GB worth of images to your dropbox, it will copy them into a folder called 'Camera Uploads', dropbox will then upload them. For every 500mb of images you import and upload, you get an extra 500MB of space up to total of 5GB.

Giving you:

2GB for signing up
5GB for image / vid import
16GB for referrals

Gives you 23GB forever :D
