i tightened the fan belt and it still seems to squeek. nothing like it did before, only when its raining and only at 3000 revs! as soon as im above or below 3000 it stops so its not that bad. shall i replace the belt or just live with it???

Nah, similar thing happens to me.. Will be keeping an eye on this as it may help me.

How did you tighten the fanbelt?
Does it look worn?

a new belt is cheap replace it ;D
