are 175 50 13 the only road legal tyre size you can have on a mini or is there other sizes out there
the reason i ask is because the 175 50 13 tyres are quite expensive and never come up in part worns .

e.g would a set of 165 55 13 fit ok or not as these would be a cheaper option and are readly avalible ?
or would they still be too high due to being 55 and not 50 ?

any help will be muchly apperciated

thanks in advance sam

you will need as low profile a you can get to avoid extra damage to the wings or the tyres hitting the radius arms at the rear

hello mate,

have a look at these on ebay atm. Could pick yourself up a bargain??

http://www.ebay.co.u...6#ht_500wt_1204

It says two of them are more worn that the other because they were at front, so i suppose you could use those for the rear ones on yours? And have the less worn on the front :)

aint got £120 to spend on tyres though :( place local to me does 165 55 13 for £12 each lol
thought they might be ok due to the fact they will strech a little n that should make up for the 5 mm difference but just wanted to make sure ?
