Couple of mates. One each corner. Lift over subframe and roll it out

Get some good strong planking, scaffold plank is ideal. put it under the car from side to side under the front floor pan, and at the rear just foreward of where the subframe mounts. Then use axle stands under the planks.

I've got a trolley jack with a high lift on it that I put under the subframe to lift the car then put the planks in place like mentioned.

As above I used 2 planks as far forward/back as possible with axle stands underneath. Watch out for fuel/brake pipes though. I was replacing mine so it didn't matter.
