Right time has come, mini isn't getting used as much and is costing me more than i can afford to spend on it.
Its just getting on my nerves.

Mileage at last MOT was 97546 (will be for more now as that was taken on September 22nd 2011)
Had two new front tyres fitted for MOT and there still as new as they haven't done many miles.

Tax runs out end of this month so Feb 29, but that can be renewed by me unless the buyer states otherwise.

Mini is a 998c engine with a stage 1 kit fitted to it I believe. It runs perfectly fine but could probably benefit from a clean and some love and car from someone who knows how.

Body work isn't perfect so will need some attention like left hand door step, left hand door which will either need replacing or reskinning.

could of rust bubbles on the front left wing, and could benefit from a respray on the scuttle as well as all over really.

been a good little runner for 4 years but is now just getting to me as it goes for one thing to be fixed and ends up having more stuff needed to be done.

Recent problems, the rear left quadrant broke not so long ago and the clevis pin is seized badly into the radius arm, so as it is the handbrake no longer works, easy fix for someone with the time, money and knowledge. The most recent problem discovered tonight is one of the fuel pipes from the petrol tank has split and come away from where it was connected, meaning 15quids worth of petrol has now ruined a patch of my neighbours drive. This is the last straw with it to be honest, it will run and runs nicely. I just don't have the time, patient or need for a car at the moment so need to get rid of it pretty quick if possible.

Would like to be rid of it as soon as possible to be fair so, viewings are welcome but days/times will have to be arranged before hand.

Will have to get pictures up tomorrow (after telling the neighbour the patch of drive is messed up =[ )
