i have seen alot of chat about people having to cut away the body and behind the wheels to make them fit without rubbing!

im just after a guide or someone who can give me a idea on where to start with this...

here are the wheels

Also im from BRISTOL, does anybody know any place in bristol that are good with mini's or that you would recommend for this job and any other work incase my mini gets Poorly

Arches will need cut. there are MANY threads on this. Have a search at the top right....

Noooooo, don't doooo iiittttt!!! 13 inch wheels are eeevvviiiiillllll!

However, if you must insist, the arch part of the wing will indeed need too be cut, I presume your changing the arches to? As there's no way 13x7s will fit under your current arches! Depending on your arches will slightly effect how you'd cut the wing.
