Ok so my engine has decided to seize and I have been told its the crank. Is this repairable if it is just tr crank. Would the crank cause n e more issues? I'd just want a better understanding of where I am with this engine now and where i go from here

I'd be interested to know how it's been diagnosed!
Was there a lack of oil, or oil pressure in the engine?
Did it overheat?
Is the engine still complete?

I second Carlos W's response. I think we need more info.

It's just what my mechanic friend told me. The flywheel was jammed solid. When I took the oil out i got about 3 litres of water first before n e oil!!

Generally it's the pistons that seize up in the bores - not the crankshaft...... The water tells you it's serious...... Either way - it's a complete rebuild - or scrap it and buy another.

I sold it for 200 on Friday night. They were aware it was seized.
