Recieved communcation from midlands mini clinic. Information discussed with TMF team. TMF Team decision to revoke trader status until this issue is satisfactorily resolved. We take all trading issues on TMF seriously and hope to help communicate between both parties to help resolve this situation where possible, although it appears to be steering towards a legal case.

Our intention is to refund the customer therefor the car and any other parts purchased remain our property to do with as we wish. The court case is not about whether to refund or not, it's much more complicated than that. A refund will take place.

The court case has finally be judged and the Midlands Mini Clinic has been ordered by the Court to refund the buyer (i.e. me). The amount of the refund (including compensations, court costs, etc.) is still to be defined by the Court
Expect if I am advised the result of the court case cannot be made public (& of course if the admin team agrees), I will update this post with more details of the judgment once it is available - this is an unbiased third party view on this unfortunate story.
For all the talks of the Midlands Mini Clinic about "complicated court case", I must point out that they did not filled any defence in Court and never replied to any solicitor letter to try justify why they failed to deliver the good promised and refund the customer (original payment was done in February of this year!) once it was obvious they could not keep the committment they signed for.
