SO! Ive just jumped back on the mini wagon, and before it arrives i need insurance.

I thought.. "here we go..."

So did the usual comparethemeercats / gocomparethemarket etc etc

thought to myself... hmm, classic insurance...

I have a policy for my lotus Esprit with them, and they actually said - "No problem sir, as you have a classic policy with us, we can put that on the same policy for free, because its worth 1/4 of the lotus, and you can only drive one at a time"

not even that old then lol big price difference between 20 and 27 for insurance lol

yeah its mad isnt it....

most classic insurers will only insure you if you are over 27, the down side is that you dont get any no-claims.

its annoying that i cant afford to insure a normal car, but i can insure a 5 litre TVR death machine for £200!!!
