Koni Shock Adjustment How To?

Hi guys i have just got some used red koni shocks and would like to know how you are supposed to adjust them.

they are a pain to adjust, what u have to do is remove plastic disc, press shocj to shortes length, then twist the shock, not an on the car job

But they are excellent /long lasting dampers - however, not ideal for rough surface use since they only damp on the rebound - and so the car can 'hammer down' on the suspension when driven fast over rough surface where the damper has no time to extend between bumps..... Great for road use where they damp the movements - but without stiffening the suspension on bump......
