one of my old mates from school came into our workplace today, it was totally by chance as he came in to see my boss (i didnt realise that they knew each other) and i hadn't seen him for about 20 years, anyway we were chatting and we got onto the subject of mini's, it turns out that he has 2 mk3 cooper 's' and a 1971 j reg mini 1000, one of the coopers is bedouin and the other is teal blue, they are both original unrestored cars although the bedouin car is in bits.
the teal car is a 2 owner from new car and they are both in his garage under a pile of crap, he reckons that he will get round to restoring them back to their former glory but we will have to wait and see, still it must be nice to own them............lucky git!!!
