which way does the catalytic converter go when connecting it back up:Pvim putting it back on to do my MOT. ive put it on but im not quite sure as ive never done it before!

I think it can only go one way round because one of the ends is slightly angled. If you put it round the wrong way it won't line up....I think

It'll only go round one way, the end with the recessed flange goes towards the back of the car.

reeto so i got it right then ye it did with all the problems it had they only made a fuss about a loose hand brake ! which the numpty didnt want to fix the same day so i came back the next day and it passed once they had fixed it!
but now comes insurance ! randy the rover may be fit to drive but im not legal to do so
