Ifitted my like that first off but found they vibrated at speed on the motorwaywell thats made me feel just great

then refitted them like this, with the larger plate and no vibration, with a tweeter plate on the inside to cover the plate for the mirrors. As i have them fitted i am biased to like them but on my other mini i have the standard door mirrors but can see less from them than my M3 style. One of the best things for me about mini's is there never seems to be 2 cars exactly the same, so Jamie if you want to fit them do what ever you want it's your car after all. Rant over.
