hi guys,
have recently brought my first mini and i have noidea what this switch does?
it lights up but does not seem to do anything?
i thought it was the brake test but the symbol on the switch is different, the H was already on it, do you think it is something to do with the heater?
cheers
Neil

It's the brake test switch, the symbol was changed late in production to use the proper ISO symbol and so hopefully avoid having people ask what the switch is for!

Don't know why someone's put an H on it though.

The idea behind it is that when the fluid drops in the brake master cylinder then it completes the circuit causing the light in the switch to illuminate.

Pressing the switch illuminates the bulb to test that it works.
