Iv got a 30 meter extension cable reel & a couple of work lights which i bought from toolstation :)

They are VERY bright, so you might only need 2 depending on how big your garage is!

Seriously, reflecting any light helps loads & will also seal the dust into the walls rather than drop it in your paint job. If you can run in an extension lead, get a couple of fluorescent tubes at the top of both long walls: you & the car will cast shadows if you have just one in the middle of the roof.

any LED lights are incrediably bright and use very little power and almost last forever so gettin some mains powerd ones would be ideal also LED inspection lamps are a good idea and i would highly recomnend these:

they are increabily bright and are equiped with a hook and magnets on the bak so you can stick them to underside of ur bonnet and it jus floods the engine bay with light
they also only run off 4 AA batteries and last for months

Just put up a couple of 8' strip lights wired to a plug. Simple and cheap.
