cant seem to find a way to remove them.

No a 3/8" reamer is too large, you actually need a 9.2mm drill followed by a 9.5mm parallel reamer. The 3/8" us 9.52mm which is actually too big.

Does it have to be a parallel reamer or will a spiral one work. So 9.5 instead of a 9.52.
Does 0.02 really make that much of a difference. Thanks for the advice.

A parallel reamer just means that it reams a parallel-sided hole, same diameter for most of its length. You get taper reamers for tapered holes to take things like track rod ends, or to enlarge holes in sheet metal. I expect you have seen one of these.

The way the blades curve is not important. You may find that hand and machine reamer blades spiral in opposide directions, and some are straight, but any of those will do the job.

The 0.02 matters very much, you do not want an air leak which will ruin the mixture.

These may be cheaper than automotive suppliers.

Pretty sure it'll be the same. See if the bushes are the same on Burlen's site.
