rebuilding my 1275 spi engine had it machined +20 but i believe iv bought the wrong compression ratio pistons the pistons iv bought are TRW-175-9797-1 (cheapest ones the machine shop offered) i thought they would be the correct compression from what the bloke sed but having seen the pistons i feel they are much lower compression the dish looks much larger than the 21962 pistons that where removed from the standard engine.
can anione tell me the correct replacement piston code. iv been reading up and i think it could be either a 21251 or 21253 pistons that is needed. can anyone help me ?
cheers simon
