Hi,
For sale is a reconditioned unleaded 1275 cylinder head.
Hardened exhaust valve seats for unleaded petrol, valve sizes are 33.3mm inlet and 29.4mm exhaust, head has bead bead blasted and washed, head gasket has been surface ground to retain best possible flatness for gasket reliability, rocker face has been ground to clean it up, the inlet/exhaust face has been milled flat, all threads have been re-tapped, valve have been cleaned and relapped into the head, valves has also been modified (Vizard style) by giving a 30 degree back chamfer to aid air flow, combustion chambers have been de-shrouded around the exhaust and inlet valves to aid air flow, double valve springs, pressed rockers (highest standard ratio about 1.27), brand new valve stems on all valves and valve guides, no water bypass, painted red. -
